Cancellation and Refund

Refund Policy

  • For a single item refund request, ₹100 will be deducted as a reverse-shipping charge.

  • For multiple item returns, ₹100 per item will be deducted from the total refund.

  • If a prepaid order is canceled after dispatch or more than 24 hours of placement, a ₹100 processing fee will apply.


Exchange Policy

  • Fixed charge of ₹100 per exchange, regardless of item count. Payment must be made in advance.

  • Exchanges are valid only for the same item in a different variant (e.g. colour or size).


Return Guidelines

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  • Damaged, used, or worn items are not eligible for returns.

  • It may take up to 7 days to process a return after pickup. Refunds will be processed post-verification.


Pickup Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will make three attempts to pick up returned items.

  • If all fail, please contact us to reschedule.


COD Refunds

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via UPI or bank transfer based on details provided in the return request form.


Shipping & COD Fees

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable in all cases.


Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-shipment cancellations: Full refund, minus ₹100 processing fee if beyond 24 hours or after dispatch.

  • Post-shipment cancellations: Follow standard return and refund procedures once the item is delivered.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal care items (e.g. innerwear, beauty products) cannot be returned.

  • Ecokitchenlab reserves the right to update this list at any time without prior notice.


Undelivered Shipments

  • Orders undeliverable due to incorrect address or contact info: ₹100 deduction applies before refund.

  • Additional ₹100 will be charged if you request redelivery.


Missing Deliveries

  • If you receive a delivery alert but haven’t received your package, contact us within 24 hours to initiate an investigation.


Product Issues & Care

  • Inspect your items upon receiving.

  • For defects or issues, email us at ecokitchenlabstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including product details & photos.

  • Refunds will be subject to verification and may take 10–15 working days to process post-approval.


Bank Details & Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the bank or UPI details you provide in the return form.

  • Ecokitchenlab is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
