1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms are an electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing grablium.store or placing an order, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

New features or tools introduced to this site are governed by these Terms. We may update them at any time—changes are effective once posted here, with “Last updated” date at the bottom.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you're legally capable of entering a contract in India.

  • Use of this site is not permitted for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Do not transmit harmful code or spam.

  • If you share account access, you're responsible for all activity and must keep login credentials secure.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension of access.

3. Account & Registration

  • No account is required to make a purchase.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of information.

  • Data is retained per legal requirements, even after account deletion.

4. Ordering, Pricing & Payment

  • Product prices shown are exclusive of GST and may vary based on product and location. Shipping fees are added at checkout.

  • Accepted payments: Prepaid (cards, wallets), COD; UPI coming soon.

  • We use secure payment gateways. Card details are encrypted; other data may not be encrypted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India using third-party suppliers (e.g., Meesho, RopClout).

  • Prepaid orders enjoy free delivery; COD shipments may incur extra charges.

  • Standard dispatch time is 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes 2–4 days in metros and 4–7 days elsewhere.

  • Tracking info is provided via email/SMS after dispatch.

  • We’re not liable for delays due to external circumstances like natural calamities or strikes (termsfeed.com, privacypolicies.com).

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

  • Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

  • Refunds: ₹100 deducted per item for reverse-shipping. COD refunds processed via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Exchanges: Flat ₹100 fee per order, payable in advance; exchanges limited to same product variants.

  • For cancellations before dispatch (and within 24 hours), a ₹100 fee applies. After dispatch, orders are treated as returns.

  • Delivery partners attempt pickups three times—failed pickups must be rescheduled.

  • Damages or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours, with photographs.

  • Refunds processed within 7 days of receipt; UPI or bank refunds may take 3–10 days to reflect.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g. innerwear, beauty items) are non-returnable.

  • Items marked “final sale” are also not eligible for return.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All site content, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is owned by Ecokitchenlab.

  • Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Prohibited Activities

Do not misuse the site by:

  • Deploying bots or spamming

  • Tampering with operations or security

  • Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Interfering with other users’ use

Violations may lead to immediate account suspension or legal liability.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that content is error-free or always up-to-date. Product availability, descriptions, prices, and delivery estimates may change without notice .

11. Liability & Indemnity

  • Grablium’s liability is limited to the total purchase amount for the specific order.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, data).

  • You agree to protect and hold us harmless from any loss arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

12. Third‑Party Links & Services

  • Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or control third-party content and assume no responsibility for it.

  • Any third-party tools offered are provided “as-is.” Use of them is at your own risk .

13. Termination

  • We may restrict or terminate your access at any time for rule violations or misuse.

  • Upon termination, accrued rights and obligations will remain effective.

14. Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failure to perform due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, etc.). Obligations may be suspended until the event concludes.

15. Entire Agreement & Severability

  • These Terms, together with linked policies, constitute the entire agreement.

  • If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law (Uttar Pradesh).

  • Disputes may be brought before Uttar Pradesh courts; arbitration may also be pursued.

17. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time.

  • All changes will carry an updated “Last updated” date, posted here. Continued use indicates acceptance.
