Shipping and Exchange

1. Shipping Rates & COD Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional fee may apply for select regions, as charged by our delivery partner.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after placement, subject to supplier confirmation (websitepolicies.com).

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch

  • Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch (termsfeed.com)

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link and number so you can monitor your order .

4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking details once the order ships. Use this number to track delivery statuses via the courier’s portal.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags intact.

  • A fixed exchange fee of ₹100 per order must be paid in advance.

  • Exchanges are valid only for the same product in a different variant (size/color) based on stock availability.

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • Our courier makes three pickup attempts for exchanges/returns.

  • If pickup fails after three tries, we’ll reach out to reschedule.

7. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays due to peak seasons, freight issues, strikes, or force majeure may occur.

  • We’re not liable for such external factors but will notify you and update estimates accordingly (sellercentral.amazon.in).

8. Return Shipping

  • For returns/exchanges, reverse logistics fees apply:

    • ₹100 per item refund or exchange request via prepaid payment

    • Prepaid customers may have shipping deducted from the refund

  • Detailed fees are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Undelivered or Lost Shipments

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact, ₹100 will be deducted before refund.

  • A ₹100 fee will apply for redelivery upon request.

10. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Report damaged/defective items within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We’ll initiate a claim with the courier. Upon approval, you’ll receive a replacement or refund.

11. Policy Changes

  • We may update this policy as our operations evolve. The “Last updated” date at the bottom will reflect any changes.
